For lunch or dinner, Raphaël Piot your restaurant's chef in Grande-Rivière, suggests to taste his regional quality cuisine with local wines. His traditional, generous and tasty cuisine enables you to discover Franche Comté dishes, reputed in the area. Set off  for a culinary odyssey with a view over the Abbaye lake and discover gastronomy based on authentic products.

On the menu : fish from the lake, fresh frog legs, soft duck emulsified in vin jaune sauce, Jura gratinated potatoes or assorted cold meat. For desserts, try the 100% homemade ice-creams. At 16km away, the Herisson waterfalls, 30km from Les Rousses, and 2km from Grande-Rivière, our restaurant deserves an ideal stop in the natural regional park of the Haut-Jura.

In the large dining room where 200 guests can seat or on the terrace on fine days, settle down and benefit from the eyesight over the lake or over the mountains.

After a stroll or a working day, you can discover the bar beverage menu suggesting a large choice of hot and cold drinks. During your stay, regional menus are available in the full board and half board programs.
